Shipping Policy

All orders placed on PurePath are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We offer free shipping within the USA and Canada. For international orders, the estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days, while domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. However, please be aware that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

It is important to note that PurePath is not responsible for any customs and taxes that may be applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs or taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Remember to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
